We can try and try to make her a dps, but the reality is, the majority of the damage comes from thr other characters' skills.
Is that worth using fregile resin for build up characters in game? My greatest regrets when playing genshin is that i spent most of my daily resin on artifact farm, and some time im using 1 or 2 fregile resin for that stupid rng casino. My main dps is maxout, but all the support characters is left behind. And when i play on spiral abyss is the moment that i realise that i fuckup.
