For sand piece, you dont have to ALWAYS use HP main stat. You in fact can use energy recharge. So it depends on how much ur energy recharge/hp have and what role ur furina is. If u feel the er sufficient, then go HP%. If u wanna make her a dps, then hp is ur preferable choice. Just make sure, you can ult as soon as possible in one rotation so that ur main dps can benefit from furina ult eff
