  5. xiao isn't like zuko, you thought like that because of the english voice direction. in my opinion xiao's english voice direction isn't accurate and doesn't deliver his character properly. he's a very calm and wise character, appears distant and cold but he opens up as the story continues. if there are people who haven't checked out his original voice direction (chinese) yet please do.
