I have high hope for beidou to be in banner cus I been waiting for her like 3 patches now plus I don't have beidou even I played for 1year 🥲
Also I think hyv aiming for weapon banner sell than the character banner.
It will be nilou weapon with jade cutter with 2new weapon series which will be a sword and a catalyst
I feel like the 5 stars aren’t super appealing so they might try to make the 4 stars more desirable. So I’m thinking Xiangling, Beidou, Rosaria
I really hope Sarah is on Nilou’s banner because I really want her C6. Make my Raiden better than she already is lol.
these predictions have been so inaccurate for many times already recently..
Nilou's passive restricts her ideal team composition to strictly hydro and dendro only. Beidou and razor will be counter-synergistic with her core gameplay but I do agree they both have a high chance of appearing vs sara (who has only been rerun raiden) if hoyo wants one or two featured electro 4stars.
Geo: gorou/noelle will be the most likely due to not having been recently featured and they're both synergistic with albedo.
i'm hoping for gorou but like sara-raiden, gorou-itto could be a thing plus noelle has been featured along albedo once.
Hydro: we only have 3 hydro 4stars (barbara, xingqiu, candace). out of these 3, only barbara hasn't been very recently featured plus possibly synergising the best with nilou anyway.
Others: xiangling, rosaria, yanfei are the ones that stand out.
Haven’t Albedo’s 5-star “signature” weapons been Summit Shaper and Freedom Sworn?
If Sara, Gorou and Heizou land in it, my primos are in danger xD
I hope I won't get Bennet or Gorou on the Nilou banner, but I pray for Genshin to let me finally C6 my Sara
I think its gonna be Razor, Noelle and Barbara. I dont see them running gorou and sara outside of itto and raiden banner respectively. Plus just a hunch, another reason that sara is not gonna come is because raiden has a high chance to rerun on 3.3.. Reason being is that 3.0 we got Zhongli, 3.1 we got venti, 3.2 is nahida so highly likely that raiden is returning on 3.3 together with Sara
I have to disagree almost entirely sorry buddy. I cannot see Mihoyo putting Sara onto this banner if Raiden is having an expected rerun in 3.3.
I also can’t see Razor being on the banner so soon after Cyno. For those who pulled for Cyno (which was a lot, his sales are huge), Razor is a downgrade and simply wouldn’t be used. It doesn’t make sense from a sales point of view.
Nilou is, as much as I love her, a hard sell. She is an incredibly niche character that has a very restricted dendro/hydro playstyle that they’re pushing with her.
Because she’s a hard sell, for players that are on the fence about it, the 4 stars need to be compatible or atleast a compelling pull.
Beidou being long overdue and wanted by fans would make sense for this reason.
Barbara would also make sense because in the current state of Nilou team comps, a healer is essential. The only options currently are Barbara and Kokomi. People got a free Barbara, but her constellations improve her playstyle with Nilou.
Third slot would have to go to a character for Albedo, so perhaps either Noelle or Ningguang due to their synergy with his kit.
I haven't been able to c6 sara for over a year, if she isn't on a banner soon I riot
Kindly take note that Kuki was also released in patch 2.7 yet she's already in 3.1, so if we go by that logic, 4 stars from 2.7 can have also high chances reappearing in 3.1. With that in mind, Barbara has a high chance appearing in Nilou's banner because she's a 4* hydro healer which fits Nilou's bloom team. Xingqiu would be excluded definitely 'cuz he's in Kokomi's rerun recently.
Second 4* candidate might actually be Noelle considering that Albedo's banner is rerunning as well. I don't really like where this is going but we should expect the worse. Nilou's banner might actually turn out skippable banner. Regardless of whatever the 4* she's having in her banner, I'll still pull for her 'cuz I want Nilou personally.
Third banner is a fill. I would like to say there should be 4* dendro in her banner but that would mean Collei. So it's already a drop for Collei's possibility. The last 4* might be Rosaria, just a hunch.
TL;DR my speculation would be:
Barbara-Noelle-Rosaria
(I already have all of them at c6 so it would be an L banner for me if it turns out to be bingo)

I think Barbara and collei will be in the banner since nilou is a support for bloom reaction and her passive need 2 hydro character and 2 dendro and I think Bennet will be in the banner too he always run in albedo banner
I want albedo but they pretty much nerfed geo when they brought dendro I wish geo would have reactions as well
The tiering shouldn’t really be based solely on how long since they last appeared,
Sara would be very unlikely to get run,her best chance to get run at was with Cyno,but that didnt happen
It’s more so True Randomness and Resonance before they factor in how long a character last appeared,
Take note that even Razor took his sweet time to get rated up once more with Ayaka
If i were to take a guess,
Noelle,Shikanoin Heizou and Rosaria
or
Noelle,Beidou and Xiangling
Noelle barbara and razor are my prediction and they will make the nahida banner super good with Layla/beidou and heizou…..sad but its a hoyo way to do things since people still gonna go for waifu and skippers are gonna skip no matter the 4 star for nahida
as a razor main im begging to finally get his last con, i just got c5 from the shop and im waiting for him to just pop up. Same with beido. U could day i got a thing for electro claymore characters but come i just need the last conss

Actually, weapon banner gonna be shit anyways: if the second weapon is Jade Cutter, you're baited to go for it with a chance to get Nilou's extremely niche donut 2.0 sword; if the second weapon is something like summit shaper or skyward blade, you just have two bad 5* and shouldn't go for the banner at all
i hopee this is for beidou, because I'd already have gorou and razor
