just to throw my 2 cents in there, I think the reason they spent so long arguing about self-sacrifice is not because of the act itself, but the reasoning behind the sacrifice. xiao kept proposing he sacrifice himself to help them escape, but his proposal came WAY before anyone had given up hope of escaping. so while being willing to offer up your life to save people you care about isnt a bad thing, telling those same people who are NOT willing to let you die that they should just give up and let you die so they can escape is not something that anyone would go along with easily. which is why i think xiao also says that these thoughts are "his form of insanity"

I adore this quest. It was initially part of an event during Version 2.7 so back then I was super sad cause I thought it would go away and then only way to experience it would be during that time (Kinda like the Weinlesefest event)
I am so glad they kept it in the main story so everyone can experience it

now for Xiao team: Best in slot is: Xiao, Albedo (or Faruzan), Zhongli, Jean (or Bennett). Xiao build is basic DPS. Good stats are more relevant than set-bonus so you can go with a 2p and 2p really or even just a weird mix, all works for him, as long as he gets lots of atk and crit.

Great to see you back 😀 it's a great quest. Admittedly a bit streched in the middle but 2 banger cutscenes to close it off and itto definitely helped it as well. Hyped for Sumeru for sure.

No joke, but C4 Yanfei probably has Shield potential that is on par with C0 Zhongli.
"Probably", well, in terms of Shield HP, she even can go beyond Zhongli's numbers. But given the resistances, Zhongli's still more efficient.
