I'm obviously the least excited person about Baizhu release
I've been waiting for Baizhu for two years now and I am in tears, still can't believe he's here. Love you so much darlin' Baizhu <3

I’m so excited I like Baizhu a lot but I just adore Changsheng + she’s voiced by a VA that I appreciate a lot

I’m not sure if I’ll pull for him since I need Kazuah which may be next patch and Baizhu seems… okay but not great? Still we’ll see when the patch drops! His story and character are big things for sure

I didn’t like Yae Miko’s demo, it felt in character but normally I just don’t like the Chill themes, the actual animations were fine and the effects were nice but it was just missing that oomph
I initially thought that I was gonna dislike Baizhu’s for this, but hearing him get pissed off at the death threat and stop holding back was super satisfying to see

Actually got him on my 10-pull, though Ganyu has eluded me again along with Candace and Kaveh (and presumably between him and Nilou my chances for Kirara any time soon are ruined). The most immediate benefit of this is that I finally know Changsheng's English voice actress is listed as Xanthe Huynh. (I've been wanting to know that for quite a while now.)
Am finally starting to move forward again on the archon questlines, which I'd stalled on partly due to not feeling up to trying Kazuha's story quest (done yesterday) and partly due to the forewarning I'd need to figure out a name for the Wanderer and just feeling no inspiration. (I've picked "Vayunika-chan". I'm almost certainly getting the attempt at incorrect usage of Hindi very wrong, but the incorrect usage of Japanese might salvage it.) Might get into the current event before it's over.
