its not directly related to the main quests, but there is a world quest abut a miner boy Chouji. i thought we will find his mother, bcuz there were hints there (co workers letter and that shrine) but the quest ended? i seriously wanted to find his mother and find the real story about his mother's and father's past and why she left chouji behind…the quest was kind of incomplete
idk but Ayaka and Thoma are kind of sus…we musn't forget that though they may appear to be our friends but still their duties and actions belong to the commission.
as for orobashi, i feel either he got corrupted or he forgot his limits due to erosion (like azdaha) or maybe there's anoter reason…2.1 is ging to be full of surprises and lore
i suspect the traitor might be teppei cuz the first we met him, he was alone by himself its like he has something up to maybe he secretly met with someone like giving them information or something..hmm kinda sus..

One thing that I've seen not talked about nearly enough is that this time, unlike in Liyue and Mondstadt, we don't see Eternity being talked about nearly enough. The most recurring theme seems to be ambition, hopes and dreams. It's also pointed out to us how flawed Eternity is, even in 2.1 trailer we see Scaramouche saying that Eternity gets weaker the longer it is. Could it be possible we'll see Ei change ideals at the end of the final story quest? It has been hinted at us that Tsaritsa used to be the God of Love up until the Catastrophe, so it is possible for a god to change ideals.

I wanna ask though, how did yoimiya's vision wasn't taken away yet?
So the fataly flawed friend lost their vision and because of them not remembering their true ambitions someone manipulated their version of truth and told them to create the vision hunt decree, who waa that?

the flawed friend of yae could be raiden because in the trailer she called her Ei, her real name and raiden shoguns reason for the vision hunt decree and eternity was probably because of the loss of her companions which let to her being who she is today

thoma's vision was the 100th vision so a ceremony was made also thoma didn't give up his vison. the 2.1 trailer shows yae call ball ei suggesting that yae is a friend of baal.

What if scaramouche is actually the serpent God reincarnation. Cuz he was producing mist that looks like tataragami(that mist around tatarasuna) and there was many crystal marrows in the background in the trailer.
Does Yae mean Raiden? She lost her Gnosis and lost herself?
I think thoma wasn't arrested before because hes trusted by ayaka and they respected ayaka, but after he was caught trying to rebel, he was arrested

Remember how Yae said ambitions can heal wounds? This is just a guess but I’m guessing the shogun wanted to take away visions(which represents someone’s ambition) because she believes that using them can bring her allies back to life. We’ll all see what happens when 2.1 drops
i think thoma was allowed to have a vision earlier as no one knew he let traveler in inazuma but soon baal got the news and decided to punish him by taking vision

maybe orobashi's case was the same as dvalin.. controlled or brainwashed by the abyss or one of raiden's friend the one who she had a fight with but i have a hunch that it was the abyss order- but because the plan failed they changed their target to dvalin one of the four winds of mondstadt knowing the god of freedom venti is absent and only the knights are present, a mere mortal their plan would work if the traveler didnt arrive and besides the fact that the twin you choose was coincidentally sent to the city of freedom where stormterror or dvalin was controlled by the abyss a.k.a our twin.. it was no mere coincidence.. maybe everything that has happened was planned all along.. the unknown god, the other twin being sent back to the destruction of khanriah, paimon who was "washed" ashore, paimon waking us up,, maybe the god wants us to stop the celestia or atleast save teyvat.. scaramouches dialog in that ertain event about how the sky and stars are all fake i think the god is hiding reality from everyone in teyvat thats why baal the god of eternity wants to collect all visions within inazuma so that the thing that happened in khanriah wont repeat.. she wants her people to not gain power and control not like how kaeya's hometown that was destroyed 500 years ago because of them not needing a god to rule over them because of their own manpower so i dont know just a theory and some connections haha

I'm starting to think that yae's "fatally flawed friend" might be the Raiden shogun because in her teaser u can she that she runs to what appears to be her former self and some people think she's scared she'll lose herself so that's probably one of the reason she implemented the sakuko decree and the vision hunt decree

Yae’s fatally flawed friend, is most likely the Raiden Shogun herself. We know from the archon quest lore that they are friends, and from Raiden’s teaser she lost friends, and most likely caused her to crazy or something. That’s my guess
