    therefore no mortal should ever go on such heights of suffering and pain on being drunk to power and lose control of themselves.

    This is So far the Best Character Teaser. A direct Impact on her Story, A direct See through of her emotion and pain. A must have pull. 🙂

  14. We didn't know that the Giant Snake, now a skeleton, was originally her friend. He's the first one she killed, as emphasized when she was running throughout the serpent's body. Something corrupted the snake guy.

    The second friend is actually Chiyo. She looks like an Oni. It also looks like Baal also had to fight her.

    Lastly the Kitsune Saigu from the quest. She was also a friend of her, until she disappeared and left this world. That's why the tanukis and foxes are gathered up behind Baal. Later on, her will manifested and became Kazari, in which we did as a quest just to cleanse an entire island and get rid if that miasmic tumor.

    Edit: I think that woman by the end was herself before she became an Archon… Just living a peaceful life. Now she lost herself and changed, becoming the tyrant Raiden Shogun

  17. If anyone wondering who are these people.

    (All my information are from in-game lore, and not from leaks, idk if this is spoilery, so I'll give a spoiler alert anyways)

    The first one who died, was the former tengu general of the shogun, killed by the serpent god

    The second one who died, we saw Raiden fighting her for a brief moment in this teaser, was chiyo. Kitsune saigu described her to have a beautiful appearance. She was the reason saigu wore a mask. But chiyo was corrupted by the abyss and attacked Baal. And was defeated by Baal, losing a horn and an arm in the fight.

    The last one is Kitsune saigu, corrupted by the cataclysm, she disappeared. Her last words to Raiden was "Do not be blinded. Do not waver. Keep walking the path that you believe in"

  18. One with mask is tengu sasayuri, who was killed in fight against Orobashi

    One with fox ears is Kitsune Saiguu, who was killed in fight against abyss

    And one with horns is chiyo the Oni, who fought against abyss bit was corrupted after being devoured by a monster and then raiden had to fight her by herself

  25. i feel like her n zhongli are perfect parallels in a sense. him losing people and everything he had built up cooled him down, but for her it fueled the rage.
