So even the 4th harbinger is aware of the overwhelming power of the Capitano and the danger and responsibility that power wields.
If it hasn't been obvious before, it's obvious now. Capitano is the 1st Harbinger. Also, Sandrone making "copies of herself to explore the world" yeah, that's sounding like Katheryne in each nation alright. Reading between the lines wields so much information or should i say, confirmation.
