I really wish itto comes first then albedo cuz we got double rerun childe and hu tao so most likely many people want albedo and itto so they shiuld make itto first then albedo i only hope so
That wolf boss isn't an event. It's just a banner like reminder for the new world boss which we'll have to kill for Itto's ascension. Pyro, Hydro, Cryo hypostasis and the electro oceanid also had them.
