I can feel this comment is gonna get a lot of hate but anyways…I don't know if this ranking is based on lore or anything, but I'd like to remember that we don't know much of the other archons(lore based), we basically just know that they exist, and that's it. As for now, the strongest archon (lore based) is zhongli even if he is getting affected by erosion, we don't know how strong is the tsaritsa, since we know so little about her, we can just assume that she might be extremely strong, since she sent the fatui and the harbingers getting the gnosis from the other archons(the gnosis are what make archons archons basically). Just remember if you all say that Ei is the strongest archon, you are either biased or ranking her based on how strong she is in game(which I agree, but I think that this is a lore based) or just a bunch of lifeless simps. For how much we know about the CURRENT ARCHONS(I'm not gonna rank characters we know basically nothing about them because that seems dumb and pointless since we know nothing of them) the ranking should be something like this: Zhongli Actual Ei(not ranking prime ei because we don't know if she is or not on her prime) Kusanali Venti Bye.
Those ruling by fear are never truly strong. They relay on fear exactly due to that. The only reason Tsaritza might be the strongest right now is through possession of multiple gnossis. And even who possess then right now is not clear.
Venti could be the strongest assassin, he can control wind, so imagine venti just sucking the air out of you and suffocate you to death, bro could make literal black holes.
Zhongli also no longer holds the power of being an archon, keep in mind. And their power is directly related to how much their people are faithful to them. So your ranking is incorrect.

Zhongli is the strongest followed by Raiden on second, as for murata we don't know yet but she could still go above Raiden but no archon can never go beyond powerful as Zhongli.
