The shop roster has reset back to Razor/Amber (who were the first set back in October). We are still missing some 4-stars such as Sucrose, Chongyun, Diona, and Xinyan.
man… I could have gotten Ningguang from the shop last month but I was 4 off, and now it's characters I already have… man…. I know I can pull her other ways but my luck….

as a razor main who has c2 and not enough starglitter I'm crying
if you're a low spender or dolphin that only spends on the temporary banners then you're going to get constellations for all the 4*s non-starters much much faster than the 4* starters, if you're a completionist and not saving your currency for Blackcliff weapons then I can see Amber being a consideration

Hmm, I didn't want to do another electro character yet but that Razor 4th constellation is tempting, not gonna lie. I mean I do have Sucrose now and I need a vaible anemo support but I dunno if I will have enough to get her to C2 when she does come to the shop if I get Razor.
