For me its totally diferent the games and only have in common the open world/ gacha/ anime characters
There's actually more that you could've listed so let me just add these here.
Grappling hook with it's cool down and utility it feels more of another extra skill alongside echo skills
Dupes on shop yes we can purchase dupes of regular 5 star characters and even the featured limited 5 star( although on a limited time as well)
End game content Genshin is notorious for having almost non-existent end game content besides Abyss while WuWa's CBT2 alone probably showed 3-4 types of possible end game contents, again it's just CBT2
Character gacha animation so not only does WuWa's 4 star characters have burst animations, but both 5 and 4 star characters have gacha summon animations, not a new concept for gacha games but definitely a "Genshin would never" moment.
All game so so for me Gi , Tof , Toram , BCM , GF , MLBB , GS , Ff , pgr , sekiro all and many games 😌 bc I can’t make games like all game’s developers they are impressive , all games so so

Edit : The only downside as of right now with this game is the echo system. RnG kinda bad because u need to farm the echo and it's not guaranteed also the problem with echo's substat its bad for casual player because no one wants to sit for 6 hours/day just grinding, if u think it's not that bad keep that in mind 1 characters needs 5 echo with correct substat also just because u get correct subs doesnt mean it will leveled up to the max, no one wants to play with 0.5/200 crit ratio stat isnt it just hope they'll found a way to make the game more attractive for casual and hardcore gamers. Just my opinion 🤷♂️
You forgot the ping. If it's terrible it won't lag only in solo.
