Blaze, pls don't stress out about artifacts! 🤗 you only need one domain to build most of your characters, that's Emblem and Shimenawa domain in Inazuma. For Raiden, Xingqiu, Xiangling, Yelan the Emblem set is best in slot, Hu Tao is godly on Shimenawa, and for your Benny you can stronbox Noblesse. This will help you not to get overwhelmed with farming 😸

Jokes aside, i like the way Xiao's story quest was handled. Ik many people don't like it for one reason or another, but i think it served as a good enough introduction for players after the Liyue Archon quest. Especially since he has story bits that continue via Lantern Rite and/or other events where he shows up.
