The reason why Itto is angry on that last part was because he think of himself way above, thinking that he is the BIG SHOT in Hanamizaka, he felt so embarrassed that his vision was placed below the statue (meaning that he is not that important or well known)

Both itto and childe are cocky but the difference is that childe is more dangerous and poses as a threat when he's cocky (He might even his opponent in a fight since he doesnt show a hint of mercy) while itto is more of a comedic side.
I was sold on Arataki Itto the moment he was reveal on Twitter, like 2 months ago. Takanori Nishikawa. Hasn’t done a lot of voice acting but! He is a whole anime intro. He sings intros and endings for Soul Eater, many Gundam anime, Eden Zero, etc.
