I think raiden burst (dmg +energy recovery) or Venti burst (crowd control for fungi and other short enemies) or yelan burst (good dmg + long duration) These are very good too. Also physical and geo type atk are not favoured in current game when EM has become a major part of gameplay
I'm sorry but Raiden should have been atleast top 5. I would personally rank it #1 coz the amount of damage u do and you get sooo much er for smooth rotations is very satisfying. And I'd replace Xinqiu with Yelan, her burst is really good.
Make on video on cool looking bursts, better make top10, becaz people going to be mad . For me yae miko is best looking burst, it's like she is looking down upon opponents
zhongli's burst is insignificant when it comes to content that you need it for. It does not work on bosses and for small enemies, just CC them with venti. There's no reason it should be number 1, let alone be on this list at all.
