Ningguang, the 4 star character that was love at first sight. Not only she got the looks, she also don’t play around with her Burst Damage. Hopefully Xiao banner features Ningguang since I would love to pull both of them.
Since a majority of you guys asked, I delivered. Hopefully this video would make your day feel a bit more better. Honestly this was the most fun I had making a .exe video, it did take like around 20 hours of editing for 2 days straight but I’m a slow learner. All that matter is that I’m satisfied with it and hope you are too. Build Details:
The best weapons for Ningguang would be 1) Lost Prayer 2) Solar Pearl and 3) Widsith. Then as for artifacts what you want is 2 Piece set Archaic Petra and 2 Piece set Noblesse Oblige with a Geo Damage Goblet, in the video though I used 2 piece Noblesse & Gladiator since I had terrible luck with Archaic Domain.
