Jean should be within Mona's tier at least IMO. She's one of the most versatile 5* you can use.
– Consolidated Anemo (4VV) + Healer
– Can use 4NO or other 2pc artifact combo if you already have another Anemo unit in rotation
– Amazing flexibility with weapons (Amenoma/Iron Sting works great in her and both are F2P friendly – with Festering one of her BiS if you have it)
– Quick rotation time (pop Q+E then switch)
– Amazing multipliers in both E and Q
– Gains actually useful constellations in both C2 and C4 (which some F2P does have already)
– Yeet works as a great stagger for annoying enemier like Mirror Mommy in current F12-3

Also another personal opinion, S tier feels too-crowded. I'd keep Rosaria+Heizou high A tier based on your new list.

I'm still waiting for the release of a character able to be on par with Diona… she alone simply provides everything to the team, besides damage, but I've been having her on my teams for almost two years, and even if she's adorable, I'd like some fresh air times to times…

Eula kokomi yoimiya over xiao? Eula is slow, inconsistent and far too situational. Kokomi is an overdose of healing, you have characters like bennet that do the exact same job as her just as well, but giving you 1k atk buffs. Yoimiya just has lower dps ceiling than xiao in general. Switching xiao and yoimiya would be better for me and considering xiao and itto are said to be “equal” they should be next to each other
I have bennett, rosaria, mona does it matter who my fourth is? If so who should I be going for? fischl, venti, kazuha, other?
List lost crediblity once heizou was in S tier.
Aloy in B still is cope no matter how you run her. Amber is also a better character than the entire B tier.
Wish we could get a solo tier list from IWTL. I think it'd look a bit better in some of these spots.

"Yoimiya has range" This is a joke right? I got her a while ago and having range isn't one of her good points, you need to be near the enemies so your hits don't miss and since you need to be near them you'll likely want a shield because otherwise you'll have to spend a lot of stamina dodging which also takes time from your damage.
Yoyimiya having range is definitely not one of her good points in my opinion, her aim is just too terrible or rather Genshin impact aim is terrible in general.
This is the kind of video I rather read comments than watching it. So much different perspective, so much comments that have more replies than likes. And most importantly, both Yoimiya and Kokomi triggered some XD

I like how's everyone is like "This character is actually the most forgotten. No, it's actually this character". Like almost every old units at this point are forgotten especially the four stars mondstadt and liyue units.

I really love yelan, i was just pulling not expecting to get anything because i just got ayaka on her last rerun, i did a single pull and i got her i leveled her to 80 i was convinced that i really love how she plays then i tried my luck and got aqua simulacra at 27 pulls, i don't really mind losing ony next 50/50 since she's really fun especially her dash skill

Mm… yeah I dont agree with Yelan being above Raiden, AT ALL. Rest of the list is fine, but shes around Hu Tao range AT BEST.
first time I almost totally agree with a tier list. The only character that I would move up is Yanfei. With a good build and a good team she does so much damage that is unreal. And this damage is aoe. But this is my opinion

I agree with most things, but I think I'd just have a few minor adjustments.
1) Put Noelle a bit lower (still in S tier for C6).
2) Related, Fischl is being underrated here for how much damage and energy she provides with minimal screentime, and can use a ton of different weapons.
3) Rosaria could go even higher to me given the number of roles she can take on (melt quickswap, freeze support, phys support, phys dps even)
4) Zhongli a few spots to the right – shielding still feels less valuable than damage and debuffing.
5) Beidou up to bottom S tier. She has some energy problems, but her damage scaling is absurd, has flexible artifacts/weapons, and at high constellations is a powerhouse in many comps (taser, fireworks, mono-electric).
6) and I'd put Heizou at the top of A. To me, he is a pretty balanced character rather than a great one.
a) He feels less useful than Jean because of role compression as a burst role
b) he cannot compare to Venti/Kazuha in crowd control, buffing capability
c) The other 4* anemo catalyst character completely trashes him in taser comps, as well as in the support role.
I initially would've put Kuki at the top of B, but i think the points you raised about SC comp role compression and allowing Rosaria in make sense. Low A feels about right
7) Final adjustment: I think I'd swap Aloy with Thoma LOL
Sucrose can't carry you, despite being really good. She shouldn't de in SS
You should move Razor up to A-tier. He can be very strong in the early game, doesn't require much gear. He scales with physical damage, and have a high base ATK. He's electro, so he can apply Superconduct, and to my knowledge, he has the fastest claymore normal attack, even faster when he's in burst. Also, Xinyan should be lower, she has a weak normal attack, can't apply Superconduct, her shield is useless, has around 50% uptime, and her burst is weak as well. She could still be somewhat useful, if her shield would scale with ATK, but no, it scales with DEF, which makes her a weaker Noelle, who's unable to heal.

I'm really happy that Yoimiya is up there in the S tier now, I commented on this on the last tier list vid. I hate when people talk shxt about her when they haven't even played her. You did her justice.

Overall great video but could you do more dps showdowns with eula in them since she doesnt appear much
One other thing yelan is good for is openworld hunting, she can actually out-hunt ganyu, because her charge doesnt have cooldown (theory) when you point on smt thats not an enemy (birds fish, things etc),, otherwise if pointed on enemy, will consider the percentage/chance of the bloom to appear or not (in my testing, its like at 40/60 if pointed to enemy)

I actually use Xinyan and physical a burst dps in my Abyss Eula team, especially if there is any cryo shield to be broken. (Eula, Raiden, Diona, Xinyan for example)
She has synergy with the physical team, deals a good amount of dmg (especially because of the 100% crit chance), and is pyro. (And she has no real energy problems in a Raiden team in particular, but I used her even when I didn't have Raiden and it's fine)
