This is very difficult to create as my first try. I have to look for a song with the bpm which is close to Childe’s. Different from most the music, Childe’s theme is in 188 Quaver beat and it’s Dotted Crotchet as it’s main pace. I firstly started with Klee’s Theme to create the map but I have to give up because I didn’t realise it was 129BPM for intro only. When the main theme enters, it become faster. I have to redo the calculation again and finally found out that the 136BPM from azhdaha Boss Theme works the best. Every two beats of azhdaha’s Theme will be close to one Dotted Crotchet Beat in Childe’s Theme. It will be around 1.05x faster but I’m okay with it.
Then I started to create the map. I kept making mistakes and have to wipe a few phrases out and reinput. (I should really check more carefully before I move on to next phrase in the future) At the end I finally finished the map after 2 days. It takes awhile to rearrange to fit the Max 500 notes.
To be able to hear it while playing it, I have to create a count down metronome and only to click start at a specific time to make sure the beatmap I created synced the same time with the music. That took awhile to keep testing as well.
Anyway, I didn’t expect I can finish making this beatmap. I haven’t recreated again on my NA account yet as I’m very very busy in the last few days. (Still busy this week) But I’ll try to make one hopefully the end of this weekend with the audio file (which you can play alone with the original music as well).
