It’s finally coming. After a couple weeks delay Genshin Impact 2.7 finally has a date.. we’ve been treated to the trailer and teasers for the story which included some aspects which are rather surprising. Could it be possible that the abyss sibling that we meet in the trailer is some sort of memory fragment created through lay lines disorder? And the reason that they are calm and smiling is because we are shown how they were during their journey in the chasm before whatever turning point that lead them join the order later on?

My guess is that the domain projects someone important to each person within it, the green haired npc is probably shinobu's mom and itto probably was talking about whoever appeared before him too

If it were just about Zhongli doing something at the Chasm I would agree, but for the info we have on the subject Guizhong was more of a brain type than a fighting one so I dont think this specificly would be about her. I dont remember why she left wherever she was and looked for Morax help tho, so….who knows maybe thats the reason that made her get out of where she was.
