Ohh for the QoL, they released a whole post detailing it. I don't know why they don't always show it in the livestreams though.
The new QoL themselves were fine. The artifact quick load outs were not what people were asking for but are not inherently bad. There are other great changes though, like for the teapot UI in some area, as well as borderless windowed mode
