Funny that u compared Furina and Robin, bc they actually share the same VA in chinese 😀 and I love the va's different approach between them
For robin she always talks more in a lower tone and calm demeanor, while for Furina her voice will often go super over the top, kinda preachy in a way but still maintaining authority and playfulness

Altho people hate GEO characters but Navia is a huge powercreep, you could easily do 300k with her skill, i often take her in abyss if i want easier win.
Furina’s demo is so fun!! I notice something new about it every time! I also feel like you would love Fontaine’s archon quests, and the world quests have some cool stuff aswell! Also this patch you are able to quick start Natlan’s first two archon quests! (though I recommend playing through the others instead since it references things from past nations, specifically Fontaine)

The big summertime limited event before a new country is introduced drops lots of hints of the story to come, so I ended up diving into the lore of Fontaine because the themes (which would be spoilery to mention) really got a hold on me. So yes, I did notice Furina wasn't speaking in her character teaser. Fontaine is that good.

Fontaie arc is one of the best stories I witness in recent years. Uforgettable. Furina is the best writen character in the game (until now).

We have actually seen Aunty retainer's "playable" form along with a younger madame Ping years back around 1.x I believe. So an actual playable madame Ping isn't too surprising especially since adepti don't age and can choose their own form. (We even saw Moon Carver and Mountain Shaper as humans in the last lantern rite, though they chose npc forms to blend in like madame Ping)

Xianyun's teaser made her such an endearing character to me. Her proudly making Ganyu a 'superior' version of the toy she saw and then manually dumping fish into the lake to give the traveler more reason to visit is just so silly and sweet, I love her sm

Regarding NPC death, hooboy. The MSQ doesn't typically dabble in that but there's at least one World Quest in the game that involves death in a way I NEVER expected. I don't want to say more so as not to spoil you on what and when/where, but yeah, it's definitely a thing.
Also, to correct a non-spoilery detail, the children of a certain orphanage either have the last name Snezhevich (lads) or Snezhevna (ladies), and yes there are several NPCs in the game with those surnames.
There are a decent amount of npc deaths in genshin.
Let me just say that I LOVE that you watch the teasers first before the demo.

honestly speaking though, this dude hardly focuses on the contex of the screen. Does a lot of unnecessary talking and constantly keeps peeking at chat. Thus missing some good important moments.
