I think he'll be a boss. Only because If we look at Honkai, any character destined to die will not be playable. Usually will be a boss. If Hoyoverse follows that path anyway. Since Signora wasn't playable and she's dead too. But it's just my theory. Not saying this is as fact.
I think they’re gonna bring back Signora and then make her playable
They gave scara part on the screen with kazuha, ayaka etc, so for me he is very likely playable

He just a doll.. He doesn't have vision. And he is really dangerous (Mona can tell).. I feel he can kill you if you near him. Also all of the character that have released so far are very friendly to Traveller.

Ive been playing since launch and been waiting for his dumb ass since then, MY LIL MEOW MEOW WILL COME HOME. And yes he will 100% be playable lol yae miko and raiden got a voiceline for him AND he has always been labelled as a playable character while signora has always been labelled as a monster character. Cant wait for him, he's the only reason i still bother playing lol

But I think he won't get the treatment because from the info we got, sumeru archon should be one of the weakest archons, while Raiden who gave treatment to signora being one of the most powerful ones. Also scaramouche might not be the easiest opponent to beat so if the archon would be to fight him they would not have the highest chances of winning.
