Dehya is hands down one of the best characters in Genshin. Between her fiery personality to her KINDNESS *sobs* she is just such a well written character! But do the demo and teaser portray that? What is in store for her next? LETS SEE SHALL WE

Dehya is such a badass, yet kind-hearted character. I really hope she's actually fun to play with because the nerfs during testing and being relegated to the Standard banner aren't good signs for making her a top tier character.

Love Deyha and these trailers, as for her going to the standard banner, that has to do with the fact that they have to many event banners atm, so u can expect many more to join the standard banner, i mean i would't be suprised if baizhu or Caveh get added to it as well.

I just read a news article that the Chinese Genshin community was so touched with Dehya's teaser that they raise a fund for helping poor children to get to school or something. They even called the fund 'The wall of Hope'.
Now that is wholesome af.
I pull for aesthetics, not DPS, that's why I didn't get Alhaitham and Xiao and now I'm pulling for Dehya (hopefully with at least some constellations).
My 2nd most fav character right after Ayaka.
Her joining the standard banner? All the more reason to not despair when losing 50/50, at least I can get her C6 sooner than other 5*.

Dehya is a tank. People are complaining she isn't meta DPS but she's not meant to be. She's a tank. She's going on the standard banner because…. they want everyone to be able to get her… because she's a TANK… and they are going to add content where that is going to be relevant.
Watch. Just watch. I've been around long enough to know where this is heading.

In the Archon quest and version trailer, Dehya is bitter and says the Wall was meant to keep out people like her, but now after learning more about Nahida and the Scarlet King backstory, she knows that isnt true, and she is much more optimistic and less cynical now.
