I personally think Kokomi is one of the must pull characters in Genshin Impact, not because of her damage numbers, but because of her functionality!
Not only she can heal, apply AOE hydro constantly, and deal damage, but she can also buff your other character with the legendary Thrilling Tales of the Dragon Slayer book (when are we going to get the 5 star version of this book?)

I have always been telling people that Kokomis dps is very solid after the release of the ohc set. Capable of matching some of the other more popular hybrid dps characters in the game.

Your xingqui has 1900 Att ? You get a lot of Att% Sub stats that it ? How many ? I play him with 2 pcs glad activited -+18% and att % sand too and i have only 1600+ att

I knew it she is amazing ! People see her negative crit as a weakness i see it as a strenght…..im strugling in spiral abyss with my Dragons bane 52/170 crit hu tao because she is just not criting enough or crits her normals and doesnt crit her charged which makes me wanna kms
So f2p has either Clam set with R5 P.Amber for 13.3k dps or Clam set with R5 Hakushin for 10.2k dps.
But if used only for healing/buffing with 4-ToM and either R5 P.Amber/Hakushin, how much dps she can contribute to the Electrocharge team ?
Great video, I also wanted to add that the Prototype Amber helps immensely with her energy issues. It provides more energy refund than her signature weapon. Since there isn't any good prototype catalyst, you could consider crafting it for her.
