my game crashes when someone tries to join my world
i have tried all you have said sir, but it said "file missing. click repair" something like that, so i clicked the repair butoon and it return to log in screen. Then i clicked to start, the game crash and said
GenshinImpact.exe – Application Error
'The exception unknown software exception (blablabla) occurred in the application at location blablabla'
Bro can you help me with this? i don't know what to do..
I did everything you said tho, so wait & see, since 1.5 when I lauch the game and I click on the door, the game just crash without any reason, I hope that now it will be fine. Thanks dude.

mine is always crashing in inazuma. I know my hardware ain't the best but I'm fine everywhere else. Just whenever I face this machine thingy enemy and they do some laser attacks while I also do my E's, the game crashes

My game was working fine before the Hyakunin Ikki Event.
Reinstalled it several times still won't stop crashing. (By crashing I mean it totally freezes my PC and I have to restart.)

help I'm currently playing co-op, went to change Barbara's outfit and it's stuck on the dress up screen. It isn't frozen, I can still move my cursor but it won't let me go out of the dress up thing. I really don't want to close genshin down since these people are so sweet, does anyone have any suggestions??

question, does anybody know how to fix genshin's graphics resolution not in game ? ive been having this issue after i tried to change it's graphics to the highest and the next thing that happened is that the screen freezes yet stuff is still happening background. i tried restarting the game but it either kept freezing after the mihoyo logo or the game crashes then 'upload crash release' screen comes up. ive already reinstalled the game, hoping all settings was reseted yet the same thing kept happening.
the crashing was completely my fault but if anybody knows an alternative way to change the game resolution, please tell me ! that would be very much appreciated :')
