  1. Fun fact : the main reason why xiao appear when we call him in moonchase festival event is because his promise to the traveler from this event that "he will appear anytime and anywhere traveler call him"

  2. Oh and we did get to have materials to create Xiao lanterns in this event as we explore, craft the lanterns and release them in the air from our inventory. It was wonderful.

  3. if you want xiao (like me,) you're in luck! his rerun is probably coming soon, speculated to be sometime in february 2022 (around the same time as his original event, and around the time of lunar new year.)

  4. if you asked me what is the most beautiful scenery in genshin impact, I would’ve said liyue harbor at night during the latern rite festival. if you stood on the teleporter just outside liyue you can see the lanterns floating outside it was the most beautiful scenery ever I just want to see it again

  5. I think one of the reasons they don’t keep these stories is that they want to keep the game’s size low for mobile devices since in every update they delete the events resources from game’s data

  6. There was also a brief introduction of another deceased Adepti during the lantern festival. And it was really a heartwarming one. The name was Pervases, he was a junior Yaksha that perish during the archon war.

  7. If you're hoping to get Xiao, there's speculation that he might be coming back in 2.4 for the Lantern Rite event in 2022 (which is meant to coincide with the Lunar New Year in real life)! So probably in late-Jan or early-Feb ;D

  8. Let's look forward to next Chinese Spring Festival, maybe other Lantern Rite Festival will come together, nearly in 3 months!
🧧(In Chinese culture, Lantern Festival is the 15 day of Spring Festival, the last festival day. Means reunion and farewell, people go ahead and gain a better life, for family for next reunion.)

  9. Don't worry, Lantern Rite is coming back next year in spring as it's the in game equivalent to Chinese New Year. Not sure if it will be exactly the same as it would make little sense for returning players though.

  10. Since you finish all of the main story quests, I think it might be a good time to react to all of the trailer for each version, you can see the playlist in genshin impact official channel, its call "genshin impact version trailer".

  12. Gotta admit.. I got a little bored during Lantern Rite Fest because I did a lot of errands. I was new to the game and Lantern Rite was already at half of its duration(I think I only had 7-8 days to finish the event since I came in late) but my friend told me it was exciting. He wasn't lying tho since the only boring part was the errands but the rest was super fun! I hope they make a rerun of Windblume Fest tho since I want a re-run of the co-op prop hunt "Windtrace" game. That game was so much fun as well 🙂 I just had a blast laughing everytime I see the hunter hunt the people who turn into props then hide XD

  13. During this festival, Liyue looked so stunning during nighttime because of the hundreds of lanterns floating from the city. :') When the event was over, it was back to the same old harbour. But man I would spend like several minutes just sitting outside Liyue and watching the city all night with all those beautiful festival lanterns.
