How Seelies Are Born (Theory), Genshin Impact

In this video I showcase a theory on how seelies are created. This one was possible due to the spirits on Tsurumi island that were waiting for boatman to pass on.

  1. Not bad. The only problem is that they were not human before. They lead humankind. And everything you based them off of, was that they were humans before they died.

During the video, you're comparing the seelie's to humans as if they are the same…. when you also mentioned in the video that they are not.

So you're missing something someplace. But like I said, not bad. It's a good start. Maybe more about seelies will unfold in future updates.

  2. What if after collecting all of the seelies for all 7 nations grants us access to khanriah(not sure how to spell it, sorry) or the dark sea? That would be fun but a pain in the ass

  3. If seelie took over 6000 years to gain their form then it match the lore with Mondstadt have many seelies than Liyue/Inazuma but have no ghost (the closest thing we have to ghost is Stanley spirit, and he died in land without wind) because Venti and the thousand winds guide them all individualy. Of course except those who died before Venti exist (lets say its >2000 years at least)

  4. i personally have a theory that hu tao is ded, or maybe between the state of ded and alive? i was wondering who the ghost that she pulls out is, or who's spirit it belongs to, is it her own spirit? And her sprint, she disappears when she sprints, and butterflies shows up, and she can sprint through living things, small enemies, other players with her sprint, and also mirror maiden's barrier cage. The tone of her skin around the area of her eyes also looks like ded ppl kind of skin tone, where there's no blood circulation and the skin looks a bit grey, purplish, or maybe it's designed to fit her theme. She also put on black nail polish, that kinda like (im not sure) zombies, or dead ppl, to cover up their nail colour, cuz it looks dead. Or maybe its something related to her job or her beliefs

  5. Hu Tao mentioned in her Character Teaser that butterflies apparently becomes seelies when they grow up, though that could be just a fairy tale or legend for the children of Teyvat.

  6. I feel like the spirits in trusumi island are the souls of the seelie, like the spirits was killed when they was still humans, and then they died cause of someone, and the killers put their body into some sort of machine so the killer can see if it work or not, then some of the spirit is in the seelie bodies, some of them is in trusumi island, and i think the white thing is the place they got stabbed from the killer or someone

    Just a guess 😅

  7. Seelie are a species of fae in Anglo-Saxon folklore. They are humanoid being that are closer to nature, built enormous palaces called seelie courts and can command all sorts of power. They can also entice humans with a form of seduction power. The light seelie do so to help humans but the dark seelie do so to drain human life force. So your explanation of Genshin seelie makes sense to me because I've always suspected as such too.
