I found this out. Apparently, there this one npc near south of Ancestral Temple where you have to interact with 3 times (real time, not game time) and it will give you Luxurious chest after 3rd interaction. I did that, and oh boy, 99% turned into a 100%.

Fr… Exploring from 1% to 95% is easy. That last 5% especially that last 1% its horrible to find
Btw 100% doesn't mean you found all chests..there's actually chests left even after 100%

The main area in the middle of Mondstadt for me, each time I go to condense my resin I get reminded of the 99% on the bottom right of my screen..
I just look for the mora chests they are sooo much easier -_- my lazy ass could never

This happened to me for mondstadt. It was the first chest AT THE ROCKS BEHIND WHERE YOU FIRST BEGIN.
Lul, you'd be surprised, you can still keep finding chests after 100%, so unless you get them all it ain't actually 100%

98% in one of the Liyue regions and I gave up. Iām not tryna spend a month finding 4 hidden chests.
