Me personally have never used weapons to upgrade weapons I always use the stones and from all the exploration I have tons I have over 2000 something of the blue stones and over 7000 of the green ones and I have every weapon from day 1 still in my inventory that's something I'm proud of😌😌

yea, as always, hoyo make an ass move without even thinking about it. give's you an extremeley rare weapon for collection, and give it to you unlocked, 99.999% of people used it by mistake to power up other weapons
