There's quite a lot of hidden seats sprinkled throughout the entire game world, some more well known than others… Though even then some people still don't know you can sit in Venti's Hands on the giant statue in Mondstadt.

I know about this bc i brute forced got the oculos and to them floating island using kinich grapple without doing it however you would normally do it
