A: all 55 sakuras! Locations
B: Oh you only have 50? Here's 60 locations
C: 61 sakuras here. Beat that.

All i can add here – there are also like 5-6 in the pit where final sakura cleansing took place (big miasma root one). Some are scattered around, but there are also 2 INSIDE the roots (inside textures). You can get 1 of those, didn't find the way to get second.

There are more underneath the sakura tree (the grand sakura shrine). When you complete the quest and destroy the corrupted roots of the tree, where the electrified water pool were. There will be about 4 sakura blooms more and a ton of crystal flies.

There’s also a quest in Inazuma and you can collect 3 more Sakura blooms (or maybe it was 4) after finishing it, it’s the Sakura tree cleansing quest
