chronicle wish is one of the worse banners ever. It's is in fact a CRUEL joke to put shenhe on it.
It's quite clever really. Everyone was going to pull for Mavuika but Citlali? It was going to be quite a stretch. So what did they do. Make her look adorable in the latest quests, create the perfect splash art, make her undeniably in love with the traveler and woila: "are you really going to skip me?"
Im new to genshin and my account just keep piling up primos. How much might be to max out the pull in a 5star character? And also the weapons?
Genshin is basically like Apple… Used to innovate, now, other gachas have better mechs while Genshin is stuck in previous glory
to be honest im engry at the developers they said that the characters that will be on the chronical are characters that:

@GachaGamerYouTube The dual new character thing appears to be a new Hoyoverse plan that will apply to all games to my understanding. The plan is to get all games having both new characters run through the whole patch. Basically like ZZZ did with 1.4.
