I don't play Genshin Impact on PC, since i'm a Diehard PS4 Player

I'm just gonna comment on the thumbnail:
I have a low end pc, but for some reason I don't want to decrease video quality.
So I usually play in 20 fps with drops.

Oh yeah, lowest graphics settings. That's relatable, my laptop is a dinosaur by modern standards, it doesn't meet minimum requirements in the slightest, yet I still enjoy the game, it's harder in some instances (I still remember gliding exam, where the rings won't even spawn and Eyes of the Storm take like half an hour to kill since it lags very badly when I run around to much), but I feel like when I get a new graphics card for my PC I will nail this stuff with ease. We run the game on extreme mode after all.

Question: I plan to buy a new graphics card, cuz mine is pretty budget and weak, the game does not even launch. Is GTX 1060 Dual 3 GB an ok choice? I don't want an extremely smooth "NASA PC" gameplay, just so I can switch from my microwave laptop with lowest graphics to a PC with medium graphics.
Edit: Is there a huge difference between it and GTX 1050 ti?
