  2. About things to do like extra grinding, I think it would be if the enemy mora and exp they drop scaled with world level. So you could actually farm exp and mora from enemies and what not. Leylines will still be useful if you want to speed up the process but at least then killing monsters for mora and exp wouldn't be completely useless.

  3. For the character acquisition, I think adding a shard system where we can get character shards from the gacha or from the star dust or star glitter shop. Like cookie run. Making the gacha system feel better is key. Cuz only getting a bunch of three star weapons is terrible and boring.

  4. I just want MHY to give us a way to guarantee certain stats or even exclude certain main stats while you're grinding for artifacts. Maybe I wouldn't have to go farm the VV domain like crazy if I could guarantee an EM main stat (doesn't even have to be good sub stats) after a certain point.

  5. #1 issue with genshin is Resin.

    Just remove it. Im so sick of the community defending it.your chance of getting a good artifact is already 1 in a million to get a ok roll anyways so let us grind whenever we want
    Make character constellations farmable
    Stamina system for exploring needs to be removed keep stamina for combat
    Buff characters to make every character playable
    Improve gacha rates
    Allow us to purchase a character instead of waiting for them (like ive been waiting for eula and ganyu for so long and i always miss their banners)

  6. For me the problem would b teapot. I'm a big teapot fan and I WISH to soon become a teapot main while also running around Tevyat w my two amazing mains: Hu Tao and Xiao. For me it's a turn off to farm for certain materials necessary in creating a certain furniture, or reach a certain adeptal mirror or friendship w Tubby in order to unlock other cool areas or furniture. For a player that has given up on a main acc before Inazuma got released and started right after Watatsumi island and Kokomi entered the picture a new acc, it's quite annoying. Bc imagine this: go thru all the archon quests, reach a certain amount of ar to grind for artifacts, explore for primogems, do the events (if you can n not low on ar), do hangout events, do ley lines for the amount of characters u r raising, farm bosses or weekly bosses, do the most tidious side events in order to unlock new features needed in the future. The last thing for that kind of player is coming to the teapot n b overwhelmed at how much they need to do in order to get a certain furniture. It's not enough that they waste their time n energy to do the major things, but now that this feature exists just doesn't sit right w me. What i would enjoy is, if we could buy any furniture from certain NPC's. Just like how food n ores are saled, as well for furniture and blueprints. It is indeed relaxing in a way bc if u r not motivated enough to do all the things I've mentioned before u could just poke some trees for wood and create an amazing yet cozy teapot, but for what cost? Yes, it is aesthetic and beautiful to look at, but other than that i can't mention something else. It could also b nice if they would add a certain feature were teapot enthusiastics would compete each other to c which teapot is the most comfortable and aestheticly pleasing to look at. Then deduce it by how many "WOW" someone has said n earn primogems for that or even a card. Don't get me wrong tho, the thought of u making ur small little world where u r basically God is an amazing idea on itself, but i do think it needs some touch ups. Yes, ik, the devs created it in order for players to stick longer inside the game, but as the time goes and as long as new content gets released I'm afraid not many people would b so eager to design their teapot in the future when all the nations would b released rather than the older players that alr have their teapot built.

  7. I initially liked your idea of a reduced drop rate artifact domains with no resin at first. But i already struggle to spend down my resin because domains are so boring. No change at all. Not even of scenery.

    I think they should introduce a semi-procedural sort kf thing, where stuff drops along the way, like diablo 3 rifts.

    While im dreaming, id also like a unicorn.

  8. I agree with grinding aspect. I really wish there was something in the game that we could grind that would actually help make characters stronger. Like mobs that give a bunch of XP or some sort of currency that we could use to trade for ascension or talent materials. Having billion pyro gems but no everflame seeds to ascend my characters is really BS (applies for all elements).

As someone who wanted Diluc right from the start of genshin and it took him 1,5 years to FINALLY come home, I rather not have my first roll be the guaranteed featured character… While for most people this sounds like a blessing i was cursed with winning the 50/50 allot… But thankfully i'm finally living my triple crowned Diluc main dreams. And i think that something i feel that allot of people would appreciate is a way to chart for 5 stars in the standard banner, So i can perhaps hit C1 Diluc anytime soon and the rolls for lots of people wont end up feeling wasted in there.

  10. Also for other game modes it could make less useful characters more useful. Like if there was a hoard mode and you need a healer or you have to switch your team half way through like some events we've had it would make us having all these characters so much better and feel more rewarding

  11. I am never going to spend primogems on resin. I imagine most people feel this way. So I seriously doubt lowering the resin cost of things like leylines and artifact domains would lose them much money, and it would make grinding out character levels and artifacts not suck.

  12. I really would love alternatives to the abyss that share the same rewards so you can either do Mechanicus or this childe xinyan dungeon thing (which was kinda like the roguelike) but without annoying time limits where the game isn't just a lazy ass dps race

    I would love the artifact idea

  13. I think it would be cool if there was a limited amount of time that you can lose the 50/50 in a row. Just think super unlucky people should have some guarantee. Something like if you lost 3 50/50 in a row you're guaranteed to win the next one

  14. I have intentionally not grinded out all the quests, or fully explored any of the regions because it means whenever I want something more to do, I have it. I would love mindless overworld and/or domain farming to have a more tangible reward even in the absence of available resin. Just significantly reduce the drop rates as you suggested.

  16. Relatedly, it would be awesome if there were truly difficult world levels that had increased drop rates of things that actually matter. I'd love it if overworld was both hard, and rewarding. I'd even be good with deaths being more punitive. risk/reward is good.

Artifacts ARE a problem, it takes me 6~ months before getting an artifact I'm happy with (and to be fair my standards are also high), but it also takes a damn long time to get a USABLE artifact set. I've been farming for my Ayaka for months and I still don't have a single crit circlet, so that's not even mentioning substats.

    But artifacts aren't the biggest problem. As you said, it's the fact that after 15-20 minutes of what feels like a chore of a grind, there's literally nothing to do and no incentive to play the game. When I got Kazuha, I was so extremely happy, but unfortunately there was literally no mobs I could test him out on, and I honestly hate the Spiral Abyss system. A very short combat system lasting about 30 seconds to 1min before having to switch to a new team, and you're practically forced to stay on the same team for all 3 floors. Not to mention recent floor 12s have been nerfing cryo for some reason? Which, I only have 2 DPS characters… and one of them is cryo. And that sucks.

    And character building. It's probably easier for a whale, but for f2p it's damn near impossible to build a lot of characters. It takes weeks to build a single character (talent mats & ascension mats wise) and that's not considering mora, exp books and ARTIFACTS. I wanna play more nuanced and different teams but I simply can't :/

    Additionally the game is just so content-less in general, I wish you could replay in game cutscenes or replay entire character quests, story quests or etc or even have a sandbox mode where you can just test different team comps because genshin's character testing domain is so awful that it's beyond acceptable to even exist

  18. I think a fun mode could be you keep killing stuff, there’s no overarching timer but a refreshing one, maybe no bosses too, and after each wave the enemies get progressively stronger. The waves are clearly numbered so you can keep track of progress, and it just keeps going till you die or fail?That’s the sort of event that I thought was gonna happen in 1.6 with the ‘endless battle’ name

  19. I hated farming mob drops, until i got kazuha. Now i dont do my dailyes, but farm a bit of spectrs.
    (That doesnt mean anything tho, cuz im kinda burned out from genshin rn)

  20. For me it would be the condensed resin cap. I would love if they removed the 5 limit cause for me it would be more enjoyable blasting all that resin on the weekends when I have more time to relax and grind

To remedy the character acquisition problem, I want them to implement a Regional Standard banner that has all the 4 stars and limited 5 stars of that region and lasts for the whole patch, and each patch gets a different region rate-up based on the main event of the patch. And there is no 50/50; the 5 star is whatever limited 5 star you get. But the trade off is that it is like the standard banner: it has no specific rate-up. So you can get lucky by getting who you want, but also not by getting someone else.

    This could allow players to get a limited 5 star of that region without waiting for their specific banner to drop. Like the standard banner we have now, it's a low chance, but it is a chance at least.

    TLDR:
    Pros of my suggestion: a rotating regional banner that has all the limited 5 stars of that region and has no 50/50.
    Cons: no specific rate-up so your 5 stars can be anyone. Will leave once the next patch comes in. Competes with the current limited banners in the patch
