Some facts about the three Archons and their three regions that you may not have known.

Each Archon’s name is based on one of the 72 demons mentioned in the Ars Goetia, one of the books in the Lesser Key of Solomon.
Venti – Barbatos is one of the dukes of Hell.
Zhongli – Morax is a president of Hell.
Ei/Makoto – Baal is the first king of Hell.

11:37 – They all have different types of vessels.
Venti is the current form of Barbatos.
Zhongli used Exuvia form during the Rite of Descension.
Ei’s vessel is Raiden Shogun.

12:00 – They all have “beast” friends.
Dvalin is an Anemo dragon.
Azhdaha is an Earth dragon.
Yae is a kitsune.

12:21 – The three Archons are frequently teased about their lack of Mora.

    Makoto's Archon name is Baal (mentioned in the Ars Goetia, one of the books in the Lesser Key of Solomon)
    Ei's Archon name is Beelzebul (mentioned in the Books of Kings, referring to a deity worshipped by the Philistines, written as בַּעַל זְבוּב‎, Baʿal Zəvûv.)
    They are very related.
    What I mean in the video is that the names of the Archons are all mentioned in Ars Goetia except Ei.
    Ei is not the original Archon, she is playing the role of Makoto, under the name Baal.
    Sorry for not making this clear in the video.

  2. 3:07 actually, Sara only holds the responsibility of governing the nation's official military, even that excludes Watatsumi (even post archon quest), Raiden still the only remaining archon still active governing their region (at least out of the 3 released)

  3. Okay correction : The tattoo on her back is the symbol of electro made by the God of Eternity herself. The character we play isn't Ei but her puppet, the Raiden Shogun

  9. That means, if the archon’s abilities are similar to the effect of Elemental resonance. That means that, the pyro archon will giving buff. I hope that the pyro archon will have bigger buff than benett in the future. If benett have bigger buff than the pyro archon it will be really unreasonable😂

    From what I see, both of the lion pairs have a smooth ball in their paw, meaning they are males as female lions have a cub in their paws.
    So we can say the lion guards are gay.
    We can also say that Liyue supports LGBTQ+ as no one seems to complain a little about two gay lions protecting the place.

  26. One thing I find interesting is how Venti carries more lore on his back than Zhongli and Raiden combined despite everyone in-game (including Venti himself) saying that he's a lazy god who does nothing all the time

    The translation is correct in a literal sense, since 锁 means "(a) lock" (one that you lock things with) and well 国 means "country". However, in this scenario, 锁 refers to the status of the country – locked (adjective), and not as a lock (noun).

    I used simplified Chinese for the characters, so it may not look identical to what's shown in the video, but since there are many Chinese characters in (at least some types of) Japanese which mean the same thing, combined with the fact that it's the same characters used in the Chinese version of Genshin, it doesn't really matter.
