This puzzle is terribly bugged, worked for a little bit except one of the arrows so I reloaded my game and now the other pieces aren’t locking in sigh Edit: Wow so I wasn’t the only one with this problem XD
If the game is perpetually bugged, like it was for me, then simply place a portable teleportation device at the base/around the barrier in the middle, than collect an electrogranum and teleport since you continue to hold onto it even after teleportation than walk through the barrier, do the puzzle done.
It doesn't work for me. I literally tried doing this several times and came to watch this video to see if I was doing anything wrong but nope it just won't lock in.
i suggest for people to fix the 2 closest to the beach first. After that just try to get the last one. if u have beidou, USE HER!! and try to stay away from the 2 others

You can fix pull bug if you teleport away and then come back

as the comments suggest, the puzzle is pretty buggy. if it isn't working for you, try resetting it by teleporting and going back. it worked for me
I don't get it. I run around these thing and make them point to the direction of the stone and nothing happens.

u can just stand in front of it and use Beidou E hold skill to adjust, IMO that's more easier.
