  1. *NOTES AND CORRECTIONS*

    – I called the woman buried in the field "Clothar's Wife" but that might not be right. Technically, she would have been Caribert's mother but because he was illegitimate, it's unlikely that Clothar actually married her.

  2. We learned Gold is called the "Sinner" , part of the witches group as well .
What if , "The sinner" we saw in the archon quest is actually Gold's final creation Rubedo ? It might've been a failure or might have not ? If Rubedo is something that Gold thinks above divine , then it fits the sinner being worshipped by the khanreahans but it says "why you bow down ? I am no god" .

  4. I think the Curse of the wilderness is a different from the immortality one because those who came from other lands with other gods to become Khaenri'ahs are "Apostates" in some sense, they had a god but denounce him or her, therefore got a different curse than the "Heathens" of Khaenri'ah who never believes to begin with.

  5. Paimon getting a hug from the traveler is actually a really big deal to me. This may be the first time that he's actually shown any physical affection towards anyone.

And the implication that both Jin and sealy's have some pretty big issues when it comes to loving things reinforces some of those theories that she may be one.

  6. I developed the same theory of the origin of those red mushrooms. It's definitively something profane because it was learned from a forbiden book in K'annherian which was a very knowledge oriented nation. Why would those people forbid a book if its content wasn't something extremely disturbing like human sacrifice?

  7. Dont over think it
It was mentioned that all Khaenriahns and Half Khaenriahns were cursed in the cataclysm
The pure blooded ones became immortal and the halflings became immortal and hilichurls
It would not make sense for Kaeya to have gotten rid of the curse before he was even a child, in other words all children born after would not be affected.
However something you didnt mention was what would happen if a pure Khaenriahn couple had children? My guess is that they are cursed to not be able to, that they only can with non Khaenriahns

  8. I'm confused about the leyline stuff. Didn't nahida say that there is only records of the sibling arriving and then something is blocking the rest? So how did we see a memory from the sibling through the leyline? I know the abyss tampered with it, so I wonder if they are the ones blocking the abyss twin's memories in the leylines and them tampering with it made that memory be shown to us or if someone else is blocking their memories and the abyss is trying to change it from being "blurred out" or hidden.

  9. I also want to point this out (I have no clue if this has any lore significance or not) I haven't seen anyone mention Kaeya's left hand glowing in the mysterious domain! I think it might be because of his family background as an Alebrich. Or its just a cool little added feature, which is fine?? But odd that only his hand glows and no one else's :))

  10. I mean during the quest, Clothar/Eide explicitly said they werent trying to cure Caribert since he knew that would be futile. All he was trying to do with the Sumeru archon medicine was to restore Caribert's clarity of mind, so its not accurate to say he was trying to cure him and it didnt work.
