Ans:- it's because dori C4 provides 30% ER when raiden have energy below 50% after that her Er will be removed…

For people who are thinking about the dmg difference then it is written in video as well SACRIFICE THE OTHER STATS TO ACHIEVE ENERGY RECHARGE IS NEVER A GOOD OPTION..
Conclusion:-if your energy recharge is more than 300% you should know you are sacrificing your other stats.

Anything above 300% is just pointless as Emblem caps at 300% ER.

Test it on the enemies with high HP. 1 shotting low tier bosses means nothing. I want to see the consistency in damage and how fast you can take down an enemy with millions of HP. Damage per screenshot isn't everything if it comes once per 10 years.

for those who have her signature i’d say 270% is a sweet spot, as after using the burst weapon will provide extra 30% er which is a hard cap for emblem and already decent amount to cover her team’s energy needs: she’ll be replenishing around 5.5 flat energy to each teammate up to 5 times during burst duration (~27.5 energy in total for each party member)
