I was trying to build Hyperbloom team based on Fischl as the Electro applier and then swirl that Electro damage with Anemo character to hit the Dendro seeds and cause Hyperbloom. The question is, will that Hyperbloom damage scaled based on Fischl EM or the Anemo EM the one who caused the swirl ?
