You guys get the feeling this isn't gacha? Idk I always thought Genshin had this method of reusing character body template models for fast character creation which did kinda work as the accessories, outfits, eye colour, hair, etc were the things making each character unique. Here, it looks like there are different males with different head and body shapes and I've notice some of the girls with similar height have different boob sizes (d i v e r s i t y). Maybe we're looking at a Hoyo game that puts its entire focus on gameplay and storytelling instead of releasing new characters, which also means that it might not be free…
or I'am completely dumb and entirely wrong as some random guy's reply could counter my arguments I did 0 research whatsoever, its just a fun thought

I don't thik ZZZ is connected to the multiverse of genshin, but the characters are actually diverse. Everyone in genshin is either skinny or short.

The only problem I have with this is genshin has really been trailing off with meaningful updates, and it seems like people have all but forgotten about "Honkai: Star Rail". Hopefully this doesn't just end up being another half baked game that ends up being neglected.
