the attack stats on them are too low to consider, so usually these weapons are only super good on characters that dont scale off attack. otherwise they’re a copium pick. White Tassel is a good pick for xiao because he has no other easily obtainable f2p weapons with a useful substat lmao.
lmaoo i used everyone of this xD my albedo uses hod, zhongli uses black tassel, cyno uses white tassel, mona and barbara uses ttds, tighnari uses slingshot and nahida uses magic guide and the funniest of them all is all of them are the characters i use in abyss and they all still slayed w 3 stars weapon
Dendro has really opened up some like Harbinger of Dawn and Slingshot since Aggrevate/Spread doesn't scale off ATK, just CRIT and EM. I use them on characters like Tighnari and Alhaitham.
Imagine using 3 star weapons, this is not 1.0 anymore, there are a lot of good craftable weapons, event weapons and also is not like you never wish and never get any 4* from the gacha
Two other useful weapons are the Black Iron Sword which gives you 20% bonus damage based on certain reactions (it also looks amazing on Aether) and the Recurve Bow which on a Ganyu grants her self-sustain yes it's less dmg but she won't need a healer, EVER.. and the overall damage output is reliable This also oddly works with Yoimiya and Amber for certain builds..
Thrilling tales is as good as baizhus 5 star. My kid uses harbinger on a lot of his 1h dps and it is pretty good at full health

i used slingshot for ganyu as a replacement for her usual weapons for a while, its honestly rlly good, the charged atks were 5k-13k

Also Magic Guide when you need EM Catalyst, just Sacrificial and Nahida's have more. That is good option for dendro reactions.

The Dark Iron Sword is fantastic if you don't have any Iron Stings. It also suits Kuki very well.
