I have to pick artifact, with pull you at least have the safety net of 90 pity to guarantee you, and even if you lost 50 50 the next one is guarantee.
while with artifact there is no certainty,you can get no crit subsatt for a week straight or you might get a 40cv artifact in 1 day, the substat system is also rigged where you can get 10 cv with double crit or 30cv with only crit damage or crit rate
I'm choosing artifacts because pulls have guaranteed limited 5 star when you lose 50/50, but artifacts are hell to get good ones especially in viridescent domain… those maidens beloved haunt me.
I'm still pretty new but I'm tryna get my navia maxed (in talents and strength) so artifacts for me. (She's lvl 90 so I'm hoping i can get her maxed soon

HE ISNT VITAL TO MY TEAM COMPS, BUT I HAVE LOVED HIM SINCE I FIRST GOT TO LIYUE AND IVE HAD HIM SINCE HE WAS ADDED INTO THE GAME AS A PLAYABLE CHARACTER, BUT I STILL CANT BUILD HIM BECAUSE I CANT GET THE RIGHT ARTIFACTS.
If it's on the level that's really-really lucky, then pulls
Lucky pulls=possibly C6 *5s, then build them normally until it's able to be used for many contents/events(c6 also can help it)
More primogem = more pulls = more characters(and cons), and if i get every characters… Just go off until new characters come, no need to sold my soul to this game
Im gonna say great luck 100% of the time, as farming for artifacts, while tedious, is in factz something to do at the endgame. And having something to do is better than having amazingly built characters to sit around and do nothin

I do think I'd choose artifacts, because some people keep saying "this artifact on your character is bad, you should replace it"

It almost perfectly follows what you say with the mouth movements, and the movements in general feel really smooth

Artifacts. Characters are guaranteed eventually. Artifact grinding can go on for eternity with no guarantee of success.

pulls because new characters are always more fun than new artifacts
Artefacts all the time. They are the real gatcha of Genshin. Even after 2 years of playing I have just 2 teams that are built good.
