Make those raids single player and that's fine.
I don't think there will be any and in that case the game will accelerate in dying even faster because exploration ends fast and gets boring after the first time. Problem is you can't have resource limiting systems and permanent, replayable rewarding content coexist in the same game.
An even greater problem is this resource shortage forces people to play when there is nothing to play for which accelerates burnout. I don't mind grinding 10 hours to max a single character if I can get it done today. Doing it 5 minutes at a time just makes us want to spend the other 9 hours 55 minutes each day to play and many of us do, if there is no other way then by making more accounts or picking up Mint or watching videos of the game or troll the forums. So instead of experiencing 10 hours of burnout inducing gameplay in 2 months as intended, we get that much every day anyway. That's not going to work for long term. I already find it hard to motivate myself to log in or do anything at all. Sure I could explore the islands on my seventh account, and probably should because it's time limited and I'm going to need those resources but…eh, don't want to.
Now imagine a better world where I can max my character in 10 hours then put down the game for a week and play again next week or next month.
They're going to need to measure constellations too XD

All I want is better level progression. I have so many characters untouched because it just takes so much grinding to level them. My Zhongli, Mona, Jean, Yanfei, and Rosaria are all level 1 to 20 with level 1 talents because it takes so much books to do so and some other characters are priority. Mid level characters (40 to 60) are strong enough for some things but don't work well in an AR 56 world.

I don't think we'll get any whole endgame until all the regions are released. As for inazuma endgame it'll be more of the same like we've had for months.
I want a survival mode. No bullshit Timers or dos checks. Something more skill based. Maybe a rogue lite mode
Well, what you said sounds cool and all.. but Genshin Impact is an adventure game. They are following a story that will take us through 7 or more major areas in 5 – 10 years (speculation on if they are going to stretch it out past the original 5 year plan).
So although "end game" might be something we wish for, the truth is that the developers have already set the game to go up in 6 week increments towards the end game. We will get more content handed to us in small chunks rather than a complete story with an "end game" system this upcoming expansion.
What we will get is an increase in difficulty for some of the players, (not the ones who spend lots of money to get C6 characters, the game will always be easy for them.. they are paying for it to be easy after all). The average player will find the new region harder than the last.. just like things in Liyue was harder for me than things in Mondstadt (although only slightly, but now easy since my account has grown stronger).
Anyway, thanks for the video and your thoughts! I hope they see this and consider a raid system like what you are describing, it sounds fun!

Genshin isnt planned to be completed for at LEAST 3 more years, we won’t be getting endgame for a hell of a long time
of course not, but it have more characters to spend money on that's for sure
also i wont watch Genshin Youtubers for a week when Inazuma is released to not spoil myself.
I can’t wait but I haven’t seen leaks so when I see the live-stream probably gonna get too excited. And I am not gonna ascend past rank 45 because otherwise I go in to absolute hell. The reason I’m not going past 45 is because at 45 I get a 100% chance of getting legendary artifacts and I don’t go too absolute hell.
There will be more of the same like you said, maybe more because of inazuma was probably in the works since jan/feb?? And I don't think people where complaining about having more end game as much back then? Maybe in the 2nd half of inazuma we will see something or the next region to have some fully fleshed out "end game"
