Assuming I am only using Miko in coop mode, can R1 Lost Prayer with full stacks outperform R1 Kagura in terms of overall damage?
The 20 second down time will be fine for sub dps.

Personally, although Mappa Mare is more consistent for sub DPS you can see that it's only slightly better than Widsith with no buffs. With buffs, Mappa Mare is wayyy worse. Averaging the 10 sec uptime and 20 sec downtime on Widsith will still yield higher damage than Mappa Mare. It is also important to note that since the Widsith's buff is front loaded, it is possible that the downtime average is lower. For example, if you can clear the abyss chamber in 1 minute, you have an average of 10 sec uptime, 20 sec downtime per rotation. That is the maximum because if you clear the abyss chamber in less/more than a minute, the buff downtime for the last rotation is gonna be cut off, bringing down the average downtime
Great Analysis , But i think you need to look at the practicality of using the Widsith more than anything.
Biggest thing about her E, is DOES NOT snapshot.
Example. You swap to Yae Miko, the Widsith buff immediately starts, and you immediately cast three uses of her E. Keep in mind it seems the towers take abit of time before actually shooting off a thunderbolt. So thats about 3 seconds of buff used up setting up towers. Then you use her Burst, and are animation locked for 2-3 seconds or so. Then you have to again set up the elemental skill towers again, which may gain take about 3 seconds. Then literally soon after, the Widsith buff wears off, and because the towers DO NOT snapshot, they will have a sharp decrease in strength. This is not even account that you might get the EM buff and still do miniscule damage on her Burst.
If i had to say the free weapon in 2.5 would be better then the Widsith, just for the slight ATK bonus, but fat ER bonus. Also keep in mind is has about 55 more base atk then the Widsith. Then her signature weapon being the best overall for easy-consistent high uptime.
That's what I've been thinking too.. widsith is good for yae as sub dps. But the only prob is her er. burst need 90 energy cost. U need atleast have baal or venti on team or other battery.
