I'm not salty because I haven't seen the fanart and so didn't compare it, it's just that I don't like his design

Players dont like the design simply because they do not look like the fanarts that was posted weeks or months before his actual design drop. Which is dumb.

I honestly liked both fan and official designs, they're both cool in their own ways imo. The artist decided to turn their fan design into an original character with other name and story, separated from heizou and I think that's pretty neat too
He turned from HuTao’s Inazuma to Xiao’s Inazuma
I absolutely love heizou. And I actually noticed something! So, we’ve realized that almost all anemo characters have a dead friend or have lost somebody somehow. So we can expect that he’s been through stuff. And I theorize that it might have something to do with love! I say this because having moles under both eyes means that the person may have hard experiences with love (cheating, being unloved, etc.) And I think it’d be super cool if they used this to foreshadow Heizou’s backstory

You know why people arent salty about female character designs? Because they dont care about them, they only care about the model(bouncyboobs), quite sad. Whereas the males get picked on their appearance alot more because they dont need boobs to look fine, they are fine all over – if done according to how a fandom wants them to be. I think Heizou looks mighty damn cute. The females are just mannequins with zero persona at this point lol no one cares how they look, what colour they are.. boobs is all. So sad
