Pretty sure the people of Teyvat just went in a cycle thru the Leylines and will be born again. Shes obviously dead but will be forced to be born again early in Natlan. Tsaritsa still probably needs Eleven Harbringers to defeat Celestia meaning if bringing Signora is one of their top priority. Then they probably planning to recruit someone or make someone take the role of a Harbringer that Scaramouche left behind.
For money and hopefully game play. I want her. But as a villain? SHE WAS SHIT. Cocky, not strong, rude for No reason. People say its her backstory and she hated venti. She disrespected raiden…who split an island in half. She met a worthy demise due to her own inability to realise others are above her. I hope they revamp her…cuz god damn she sucked ass as a villain.

Definitely copium, the evil characters of the story will NEVER be playable unless they get a redemption arc, just like we've seen with Childe (secretly a good boy) and Scaramouche (just a kiddo with mommy issues) plus if she's dead in the story chances to be playable are 0, if she came back to live she'd still need a vision to become playable, I've heard signora has a pyro and cryo delusion but no vision, without a vision she won't become a character because delusions are associated with the bad guys.
Its very very likely most of the harbingers will never be playable.
