As a musician and passionate Yun Jin simp, nice video
this video was amazing i would love if you explored more of the music in your videos! one of the tracks that strikes me the most is fall of maples which plays during kazuha's dead friend cutscene and as well in inazuma city, you can feel how melancholy and grim inazuma was through that track its very bittersweet. another track is snow buried tales in dragonspine (actually of the dragonspine tracks are what make that place my favorite in the game even when sumeru released) it just perfectly reflects the vibe you get from the place its fantastic
I may or may not be very biased since I'm a musician, but I'd definitely enjoy more content about Genshin's music. There's so much that can be said, from rhythmic characteristics, leitmotifs, scales used, orchestration, and much more. With this video you only scratched the surface of what can be explained, which is nice to introduce people to all of this.
My favorite music from Genshin is probably from the "Teyvat chapter storyline preview" or as I like to call it "We will be reunited" The music kicks in right at the start and the end of the trailer when Dainsleif talks about the siblings and he basically sets the purpose of our journey which is finding/saving our missing sibling the music captures the emotions perfectly and when I heard the same piano part when I entered Enkanomiya I immediately recognized it even tho the duration of this piano part is so short yet so memorable
Absolutely, the music of Genshin Impact is phenomenal to say the least. I can't even find a single ost that I don't like ☺️ One thing I want to have in Genshin is that they add lyrical music like what Honkai have, but I can understand if Hoyo would like to focus more on orchestral pieces. Both would be so good
I love music content.
There are so many magical tracks in this game but there's one I love in Sumeru yet nobody's taking about!!! The one that plays in Aranara's gaint onion lair, it's a quiet one but low-frequency part is sooooo good.
You can see HYV investing back heavily into their art and music with all the money they’ve earned.
I literally just play the game for the music, visuals and slow exploration
music! the universal language that connects us all!
I’ve always loved the music in Genshin but I feel like Sumeru knocks it up to another level.
Awesome video man!! Definitely into seeing more of this kind! Keep it up 👌🎶
Keep this type of content.
I really enjoy watching video essays. You did great work making this video, I hope to see more like this from you if you ever expand your content, Brax!
pls make more of this brax pls
Genshin music is incredible and I feel like I’m constantly impressed with the themes every update!
I had no idea you had studied music, I would love more music oriented content
Yes please, more music videos! Finally a bit more original content for GI and something I really resonate to.
I would certainly love to see more music focused videos. 100% would watch.
Damnit I just had finished listening to "Swirls of Shamshir" when this pops up ^^ How appropriate xD
I was convinced Mihoyo has mastered their story-telling craft after I watched the Ayaka story quest final cutscene. It was brief, but It tugged at all my heart strings :')
Please do more videos like this! I’m always talking about how the music is the BEST part of the game! Not to diminish any other part of the game but the music is top tier every freaking time. My favorite track ever is the second phase of Azdaha’s fight, like all the boss fights are incredible but that one is just jaw dropping
I really love the Inazuma battle theme. I've actually heard the unique string instrument from a Naruto OST (Parade by a band called Chaba) and it's cool how both examples have modernized the traditional string instrument.
Love vids like this!!!!
more genshin music content please!
The music is my favorite part of the game, its so good
Music in Genshin is the biggest carry of them all. I think if it weren't for music this game wouldn't live for very long.
+ Not just music is great. Everything else is greater too! For example, Voice acting is phenomenal! I haven't felt a single cringe since the game's inception. Everything sounds perfect.
– There is one downside. No endgame content! 👌😂
nice
That's so cool that Hoyoverse flew you to the concert!
Definitely looking forward to more Genshin music content!
Its music is what made Genshin become my absolute favorite game of all times. The moment I knew it was when Dragonspine was released, as I entered and the beautiful music started playing, I knew I was in for a magical treat and that that would happen with every new region that releases.
As a composer, I feel crazy admiration for Yu-Peng Chen.
For me, the music is already one of the best things about most forms of media, but the music in this game is so damn good. Every track tells a story filled with emotion. I've seen a composer on YouTube(I forgot his name) who correctly guessed what was happening in the Signora Boss fight without having played it. The only thing that he based his guess off of was the soundtrack.
This game has a truly amazing soundtrack and I hope that Hoyo-mix continues to put out amazing music.
I'm so sorry, I paid more attention to the game's music in the background than what you were trying to convey throughout the video. But I suppose that does prove your message, huh? 😂😂
