I would say if you want him as a DPS, focus on his E. Otherwise he is overall a good unit. With decent set at lvl8 his E full stack did 59k(with r2 Widsith 3rd buff). Im enjoying his c2 too.
Heizou is so fun that I think I replayed he's trial run 50 times alredy so much so that The game just kicks me out of the domain

Most 4 stars have been hyper niche lately. Nice to have one that can fit on more than just 1 or 2 teams.
When I've finished building my Kazuha, I think I might take Kaeya off the bench, build Heizou and have some fun. 🙂
Today I entered Genshin, farmed a few artifacts, leved up all Heizou artifacts to 16 and had a sequence of the best rows possible on them (except for 2 hp rolls)… I think the game is trying to tell me something.
I wonder how good Heizou is on Yae, Raiden and Bennett comp (To replace kazuha/surcrose). Since this comp lacks an on-field DPS. He can trigger VV for yae and raiden. He can also increase the comp's over all DPS too.
Kuki + heizou + chongyun? Chongyun reduces the heizou's skill cd. Kuki heals and has off field electric. Thomas's c6 would be nice for all of the normal/charge damage heizou puts out.

Its so funny, I had no expectations for him. I just wanted him on my team because he’s cute but then I tried the demo and saw that Widsth on him I was like “wtf are you?!” and his kick just crit over 24k and I almost passed out. Im so glad I got C3 while pulling for C2 Kazuha.
Sigh I kept saying he's discount C6 Kazoo… nobody listened XD

i feel like heizou jas a lot of potential
1 gives constant swirl and vv procs
2 low burst cost that can have almost full uptime with c4
3 flexible unit that can fit in lots of teams
4 good 4 star weapon options like widsith and sac fragments
also his gameplay is really fun
as someone who just got him on Kazuha's banner and never had Sucrose, I've a question: what's the difference between a main DPS and a driver?

I think in terms of the role of a driver exclusively Heizou comes out on top for me. I was kinda expecting him to be a slightly less optimal Sucrose but I've actually that he seems to be more effective in terms of overall team dps output at least in the teams I run especially when there's a tenacity buffer on the team since the ATK buff is less useful for Sucrose but a lot more useful for an ATK scaling team like with Heizou on a personal dps build. Plus his gameplay especially with his charged attacks, stacking mechanics, and burst just feel so much better and fluid to play and ultimately I think his personal dps adds more in a lot of the comps I run.
i lost kazuha in 50/50 again. but still continue to wish because i cant loose kazuha the 2nd time. so i got c5 heizou in the process. i love genshin again. kazuha and heizou on my team is so much fun.

Ngl I have zero interest in him, I think his design is very bland. His gameplay and animation tho are so freaking good and smooth that they should be illegal. A shame he didn't get a cooler design lol

vs grp = sucrose. vs Single Target = Heizou ….why is this so hard for some to understand? a lot of ppl started the hate train on Heizou since he is a worse support then suc….but hes is just there for Burst and thats all he does.

i think heizou overall is a more useful unit then sucrose, since when it comes to the driver aspect he can do almost all of the teams she can and when it comes to supports sucrose gets outclassed by kazuha.

I watched another creator that was comparing him to 5* character power levels and it was silly. I think some older players and whales forget a unit like this can completely change the game for a newer player.
He is 10/10 in my opinion. He is so much damn fun and is powerful too.

I feel like most of this video is just based on the players skill level. From what I got from it if you can follow rotations properly sucrose is better if you can’t heizou is more comfortable. And if you really think about it sucrose and heizou aren’t equal in taser teams due to sucroses em buff, her range, her cc and she just gets better and better with const
