I wished they did this same double banner style to weapon banners, but sadly I know this is just me having a copium overdose.

For the (super copium) suggestion of adding standard characters to the banners, I think a safer option would be to give them a dedicated spot in the starglitter section of the shop just like the monthly characters there. You can save up 34 starglitters and purchase one of their constellations at anytime, limited to just once a month. This saves the hassle of having to wish in standard, and gives another purpose to using starglitters.

Atleast if you are gonna do these things, give us a prior roadmap of which characters will be coming and when. If I had known Eula will be having a rerun then I'd have started saving primos months before. I'm totally broke af after the Hu Tao banner 😭😭😭😭

So if i wish on the event banner example:
Yae miko banner, and i lose the 50/50 and i wanted to Role on the rerun banner Does that mean the pity from the event banner can carry to the rerun banner? Cu he said the Event wish banner A.K.A albedo
I feel like the shared pity is obvious, they are both event wishes afterall. The explanation felt more confusing than it needed to be. Also, faster means lesser time to save. Personally this just feels like Mihoyo really trying to get their players to spend money, especially if 2 of your favorite characters come out at the same time. But I hope faster also means reruns of reruns will be coming back faster as in event wish characters will appear more often. But that's just copium with the faster releases honestly.

In my Opinion this is a good and bad idea at the same time, but I think instead of doing this mihiyo should put the characters who have a rerun more than 1 or 2 times in a new banner with a a similar system like the weapon banner this way a lot of f2ps could get 5 stars of their choice just by losing the 50/50 I did hear a leak about this but idk if it's true or not.
I like it, cause if i fail to get the character i want, i can save up again and rerun could be soon and try to get the character i want! For now 2.3 is a skip for me, since right now i want to build the new characters i got (Thoma, sayu & Hu tao), so at least i will save for someone new i would like (like Ayato maybe, hope he's hydro! Baizhu, Scaramouche or someone who we don't know about yet!).

Loads of people complaining that two banners means their wallet is going to be destroyed because they can't save enough primos to pull both and why oh why is miHoYo, greedy miHoYo doing this! The calamity…
Here's a thought, you don't have to pull for both. Like really, that's not a requirement. Eula and Albedo will come back at some point in future, so if right now you can only pull for one of them, pick a lane and stick to it, and start saving for the other one. Or ignore both and go for Itto/Gorou supremacy. If money is tight, get it into your head you cannot get every character right away and make a decision as to which ones you want to prioritize. More frequent re-runs means everyone has more options. It's a net win for everybody except the people who feel obligated to pull and acquire all characters at the earliest possibility because they fear the character might never come back ever again or they themselves are gonna die of old age before they get a chance to own their favorite character or something.
Stop the nonsense. Pull in accordance with your budget. I'm going for Eula first because I have all the physical support characters she needs and I wanna try my hand at a specific team comp of which she can be the crowning jewel. If I get her early, I might go for Albedo, but honestly as far as geo characters are concerned Gorou and Itto looks a lot more interesting than Elevator Boy.

Im probably gonna do Albedo’s, he’s always seemed so cool to be and as someone who constantly uses Kaeya and Aloy and doesn’t have a lot of good geo’s I want him a lot more than Eula
